We understand that each Client entrusts the Architect with a critical portion of a significant monetary and emotional investment. Every client can expect the Principal at CORE to be fully engaged with the client, their representatives and consultants from the project’s inception through its completion. CORE provides a 'top of the profession' team of creative and technically skilled individuals and consulting firms for each project, and directs those team members to success, on time and on budget.

We start by listening carefully to the Client’s vision for their project. Through a variety of fully collaborative processes including sketch sessions, milestone design critiques and 3D computer model walkthroughs, CORE will ensure that the final design will complete the Clients Vision for their project. This proactive, creative communication of design empowers the Client to direct the design to meet their personal and economic goals, using the experience and creativity of CORE as a tool to guide the process.

We understand that architecture must play a significant role in protecting our environment for future generations. Additionally, sustainable design saves the Client money. In fact, many of the design moves that are involved in sustainable design do not require additional funds from the Client. A basic understanding of these moves will save the Client valuable resources and further the success of the project. We incorporate sustainable design practices including but not limited to LEED design standards within each design.

CORE communicates project design concepts to its Clients utilizing all available creative tools. Through hand sketches during interactive collaborative sessions and schematic presentations, 3D computer model walkthroughs and finally through production of documents utilizing state of the art Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technology, CORE Architecture ensures that the design is well-communicated and executed to the precise expectations of the Client.

Principal and Owner Joe Hosek has extensive real estate development experience, managing over $75M of commercial, retail, senior living and hospitality construction, real estate acquisition and analysis. CORE understands the economic and political pressures on commercial development and brings this experience to each commercial project. Great design matches the vision and market constraints of each project. CORE will work with the Client and their budget to produce a design that will match those expectations.
